适用范围:
本标准规定了香菇的相关术语和定义、要求、取样、试验方法、检验规则、标志标签、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于栽培的香菇鲜品和干品。
Scope of application:
This standard specifies relevant terms and definitions, requirements, sampling, test methods, inspection rules, marks and labels, packaging, transportation and storage of Lentinus edodes.
This standard is applicable to the fresh and dry products of cultivated Lentinus edodes.
6试验方法
6.1感官指标
61.1检验条件
香菇鲜品、干品应在常温、清洁、干燥、光线良好、无异味的场所感官检验。
6.1.2形态、色泽、气味
肉眼观察形态、色泽、霉烂菇、毛发、金属、玻璃、砂石、动物排泄物,鼻嗅判断气味
6.1.3规格
随机抽取不少于10个香菇,用游标卡尺量取每个香菇的菌盖直径计算出平均值。
6.1.4菌柄长度
随机抽取不少于10个干香菇,用精确度为0.1cm的量具,量取每个香菇菌盖卷边与菌柄连接处到菌柄末端的长度,计算出平均值;肉眼观察菌柄是否与菌盖卷边持平.
6 test method
6.1 sensory index
61.1 test conditions
The fresh and dry products of Lentinus edodes should be tested in the place with normal temperature, clean, dry, good light and no peculiar smell.
6.1.2 form, color and smell
The shape, color, moldy mushroom, hair, metal, glass, sand, animal excrement were observed by naked eye, and the smell was judged by nose
6.1.3 specifications
No less than 10 mushrooms were randomly selected, and the cap diameter of each mushroom was measured with vernier caliper to calculate the average value.
Stipe length
At least 10 dried Lentinus edodes were randomly selected. With a measuring tool with an accuracy of 0.1cm, the length from the connection between the roll edge of the cap and the stipe to the end of the stipe of each Lentinus edodes was measured, and the average value was calculated; whether the stipe was equal to the roll edge of the cap was observed with naked eyes.
